BUSINESS ANALYST INTERN
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from the stakeholders
- Conduct market, user, and competitor research to support product development
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Help create process flows, use cases, user stories, wireframes, and documentation
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and review sessions
- Analyze data and feedback to suggest improvements
- User acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that features meet business requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of software development (Agile/Scrum is a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io, and Figma would be an added advantage
