HIRING

HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition process
  • Oversee onboarding & induction for new hires
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records
  • Coordinate offboarding processes
  • Support HR operations: employee queries, reports, grievances, attendance & payroll
  • Assist with training programs and engagement activities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in HRM or equivalent qualification
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office & reporting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
