HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Talent Acquisition process
- Oversee onboarding & induction for new hires
- Maintain and update accurate employee records
- Coordinate offboarding processes
- Support HR operations: employee queries, reports, grievances, attendance & payroll
- Assist with training programs and engagement activities
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in HRM or equivalent qualification
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office & reporting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
