DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE/COMMIS I - INDIAN CUISINE

Vivanta Colombo Airport Garden seeks an energetic Hotel School graduate having at least 3-5 years experience about the Indian Cuisine in a reputed star class hotel. The candidate should be below 50 years of age and should be able to assist the Executive Chef in day to day operations.

The preferred candidate should possess professional qualification in hospitality management, menu planning, up to date knowledge of market, market trends, food presentation.
