Rock Café, a chic riverside restaurant near the Mahaweli Bridge, offers a vibrant live cooking experience for guests and is proudly managed by a leading luxury 5 star hotel in Kandy.
We’re looking for a skilled and creative Wood-Fire Pizza Chef to lead our live pizza station, crafting authentic pizzas in a traditional wood-fire oven right in front of our guests.
Requirements:
- Experience in wood-fire pizza preparation
- Ability to work in a guest-facing, live kitchen environment
- Creativity, speed, and high standards in food safety & hygiene
