We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified fast growing Construction Company engaged in multi-disciplinary projects looking for high caliber personnel for following vacancy.

Procurement & Administrative Assistant

  • A/L in Commerce or Mathematics streams/ Undergraduates
  • Minimum one year post qualification experience
  • Academic or Professional qualification in Procurement or Accountancy would be an added advantage.
  • Support the purchasing department in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to payments and bank transactions.
  • Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and banks as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and payment statuses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of procurement and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative functions of the company
  • Computer literacy
  • Age below 30 years
  • Ability to work under pressure / long hours to meet deadlines

The salary package is negotiable based on competency & suitability for the post.
