Trainee Customer Relations Executives / Customer Relations Executives – Colombo & Negombo
We're looking for the right individuals to join us in shaping a better, brighter future for us all!
The Role:
We are seeking target-oriented individuals to serve our customers through inbound and outbound calls. As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be at the forefront of meeting customer needs and ensuring satisfaction!!!
The Ideal Candidate:
- Age: Below 30 years
- Education: Passed GCE A/L & GCE O/L with credit passes in Math and English
- Languages: Trilingual skills are a distinct advantage
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills
- Experience: Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not a must
