Job Description:
The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing real-time activity on client trading and gaming platforms, identifying suspicious behavior, and initiating appropriate escalation procedures. This role plays a vital part in ensuring platform integrity and fraud prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor platform transactions and user behaviors using dashboards and tools
- Identify potential fraud, abuse, or policy violations
- Escalate cases with detailed logs to the Risk Manager or Compliance Team
- Maintain accurate internal records of flagged activities
- Stay current with regulatory guidelines and internal protocols
Person Specification:
- G.C.E. A/L in Commerce, Science, or IT
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Prior experience in fraud detection, compliance, or security operations preferred
- Basic understanding of AML/CFT practices
- Comfortable working in shift-based or night roster environments
