COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents on time.
  • Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external parties.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Build & maintain relationships with customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completion of G.C.E. A/L in Commerce Stream.
  • Marketing experience would be an added advantage.
  • Two Years of Experience in a similar Coordinator or Administrative role.
  • Proficient in computer skills. (MS Office, Internet, Emails & Others)
  • Excellent communication skills (Both written & verbal).
