Accountant (Urgent Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including payments, and collections
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Handle tax submission and compliance with statutory requirements
- Monitor company cash flow and budget tracking
- Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls
- Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions as needed
Qualifications & Experience:
- Part or fully qualified in AAT/ CIMA / ACCA / CA Sri Lanka or equivalent
- Degree in Accounting is acceptable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role
- Proficient in accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry will be an added advantage
