SALES MANAGER – DEALER NETWORK
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
- Manage, Support and Expand the Island-wide Dealer Network.
- Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, sub-dealers and business partners.
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and performance dashboards.
- Train and develop sales staff to enhance product knowledge and service excellence.
Job Requirement
- Professional qualification in CIM/SLIM.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in building materials.
- Proven expertise in dealer network management and territory development.
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in sales reporting tools.
- Age: Preferably below 40 years.
