Programme Overview
Your talent will be developed through immersive experiences across multiple sectors within the Group. The programme combines structured training with hands-on involvement in real-world business situations and in strategic initiatives. Eligibility Criteria
If you are ready to launch your career with a Progressive Group that offers limitless opportunities and challenges you to be your absolute best, and possess the qualifications listed below, we invite you to apply:
- A Bachelor's Degree from a Reputed University (local/foreign) recognized by the University Grants Commission of Sri Lanka (UGC) in fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Economics, IT, Engineering, Law or related disciplines;
- Age between 18 and 30 years as at 15th July 2025
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
- A proactive mindset, adaptability, and relentless drive to thrive in dynamic environments
- A Strong Team Player
