ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (TRAINING)
What we are looking for :
- Experience in academic administration, coordination and lecturing. (Computer related would be an added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students, facilitating their learning and providing guidance to support their academic growth.
- In-depth knowledge of educational policies, accreditation standards, and best academic practices.
- Long term commitment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Tracks training progress and ensures objectives are achieved within the set timeline.
- Plans and manages training schedules and materials, ensuring smooth organization and coordination.
- Oversees and mentors students throughout the training, fostering their learning and development.
- Provides administrative support and resolves issues related to the training efficiently.
