As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Distributor Sales Promotion Officer for the Dambulla territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers in the Dambulla area.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to distributors.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the Dambulla market and its dynamics is an advantage.
- A valid Motor Bike license.
