Cook / Junior Chef

Villa 46 is looking for a person who is passionate about food and who can take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the management team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities.

  • Be able to study recipes, prepare and deliver a full meal.
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices and willing to work extended hours.
  • Coordinate with management team on purchasing, supply ordering and etc.
  • Ensure that the kitchen activities operate in a timely manner whilst maintaining quality, standards in food preparations & presentation and to maintain cleanliness.
  • Adhere to all safe and secure protocols in place.

Qualifications Required.

  • Minimum 01 year of experience in similar capacity.
  • Prior experience in boutique hotels will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication & time management skills.
