Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to take charge of developing high-performance mobile apps for both iOS and Android. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting top-tier mobile experiences and working closely with a growing team of Flutter developers. You’ll help mentor junior developers and contribute your expertise to ensure our apps are built to the highest standards. If you’re passionate about mobile development and excited to shape the future of our mobile platform, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Overlook the Flutter development of KAST’s consumer app for iOS and Android.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to define and ship new features.
- Grow and mentor a Flutter team, starting with two developers.
- Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.
- Stay current with the latest mobile technologies and Flutter updates.
- Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines for app submissions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in mobile development with Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile design patterns, and mobile-specific features for iOS and Android.
- Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and app release processes.
- Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
- Knowledge of native Android and iOS development.
- Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend-as-a-service platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile app analytics.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Web3 experience is a big plus.
