JUNIOR EXECUTIVE – HUMAN RESOURCES (DISCIPLINARY INQUIRIES)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and scheduling disciplinary inquiries, ensuring that all relevant parties are informed and prepared.
  • Support Inquiring Officer in gathering facts and documentation related to disciplinary cases, including reviewing reports, statements, and relevant evidence.
  • Ensure that all disciplinary processes follow the company’s established policies, procedures and labour laws.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all disciplinary inquiries, actions taken, and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation for future reference.
  • Prepare reports summarizing findings and provide recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees undergoing disciplinary proceedings, providing guidance.
  • Draft disciplinary letters, including warning letters, suspension notices, and termination letters under the guidance of the Senior Management.
  • Follow up on corrective actions resulting from disciplinary inquiries to ensure compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably with some exposure to employee relations, conducting disciplinary inquiries.
  • A full / part qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute (PQHRM/CQHRM).
  • Knowledge on handling disciplinary inquiries, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain policies, procedures and outcomes to employees and management.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of all disciplinary proceedings.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
  • Previous experience in employee relations and handling disciplinary inquiries would be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office packages.
