INTERN - RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT (DANKOTUWA)
YOU WILL,
- Handle Employee Insurance liaise with the Insurance Coordinator.
- Conduct exit interviews and update the relevant information on the database accordingly.
- Maintain employee personal files and ensure all related documents are in order.
- Attend to Employee loan disbursements.
- Attend to HR special projects and events.
ARE YOU ?
- A fresh graduate/ an undergraduate in bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
- Basic knowledge on product & formulations, standards & stability.
- Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- A super communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Independent and works with minimum supervision.
