BRANCH MANAGER - PUTTALAM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sustainable growth and maintain the quality of the branch’s loan portfolio.
- Oversee and coordinate all branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Supervise, motivate, and support branch staff to achieve performance and operational targets.
- Ensure full compliance with SMCL's policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for branch staff welfare and administration.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a recognized qualification such as a Diploma in Microfinance or a Finance-related qualification - AAT.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the microfinance or financial services sector, including at least 3 years in an Assistant Manager role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
- An effective communicator with a positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a results-driven approach.
- A proactive, goal-oriented individual with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and committed to meeting deadlines.
