MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN
Rayin Food Products (Pvt) Ltd, is a leading food manufacture in Sri Lanka having its production facility and the head office in Kurunegala. The company operates 03 production plants producing vast range of food products. The company supplies to a larger number of customers including leading supermarket chains in the country. Its distribution arm covers many regions in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing new equipment, performing routine maintenance on various machinery.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues, repairing or replacing faulty components, and restoring equipment to proper working order.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify potential problems and ensure equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Working with engineers and other team members to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Adhering to safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma or NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Minimum of 03 years experience in a factory or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics, gear systems, motors, etc.
