Job Profile
- Continuously updating GRNs and GINs in SAP in real-time, ensuring all material receipts and issues are recorded accurately by end of each day.
- Verifying quantities, prices, material codes, and locations before SAP entries.
- Recording purchases via cash float in SAP using the same process for consistency.
- Maintaining accurate stock reports and performing random physical stock counts, reporting any discrepancies.
- Checking completeness of all supporting documents before forwarding for payments.
- Ensuring compliance with inventory control policies and procedures.
- Creating and updating material codes in the SAP Material Management module.
Personal Profile
- Prior experience in a stores, inventory control, or finance support role is preferred.
- A Diploma or an equivalent qualification in the relevant field such as AAT or Chartered Accountancy.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
