Production Supervisor

FUNCTION:
To support the entire production process, we are seeking to enhance supervision of production operations, including job involvement and the maintenance of quality standards. In doing so, we aim to develop the next generation of supervisory skills to effectively manage our machine operators. This will enable us to continue achieving our company targets and support the ongoing growth of our business in a dynamic and competitive environment.
As a Supervisor, you will report to the Production Assistant Manager and be responsible for supporting production in achieving company goals. This includes managing people and communicating expectations, monitoring performance, and evaluating job results. You will also be responsible for enforcing company policies and guidelines while assisting team members in their personal and professional growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong supervisory skills, genuine interest, enthusiasm, and a willingness to understand and improve our production processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible in good administration of handling employees and work-related matters
- Ability to performing any other task given by the Assistant Managers / Managers
- Ensures safe working procedures are followed
- Team player, able to communicate constructively and collaborate with other superiors
- Is an enthusiastic, improviser and production oriented
- Need to work in a shift base duty roster including night shift
- Capable of demonstrating leadership skills to work as Supervisor
- Ability to communicate in English, Computer skills and sound communication skills are mandatory
- Should have passed G.C.E (A/L)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role will be an added advantage
