POST OF CHEF DE PARTIE & DEMI CHEF, F&B WAITER, ROOM BOY & GENERAL MT – AT LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN SIGIRIYA
We are seeking dedicated Staff with a proven track record in the hotels industry.
Job responsibilities –
- Eastern & western foods (Set menu & Ala carte meal preparations)
- Maintain food quality Service, standard, presentation & cost control, hygiene in the relevant departments.
- Maintain proper (F&B records, Excise records-for F&B position only) & stock maintain & purchasing practice for above all positions.
- Minimum 2 years & above experience in similar role
Salary & service charge, accommodation & duty meals will be provided.
Requirements
- Age below 45 years.
- All above positions - Minimum 02 years and above experience in similar role.
- Problem solving skills and proactive approach to addressing client needs.
