Senior Executive/ Executive – Production Planning
Hayleys Fabric seeks a Senior Executive/Executive for its production facility at Narthupana Estate, Neboda (Off Horana).
Job Responsibilities:
- You will have a leading role in High Level capacity planning in the planning division.
- You are responsible for OTD, maximum utilization of the machine capacity, minimize cost and to get the maximum production output.
- You will be responsible for material planning and controlling, monitor outsource operations & following up the T&A against each event.
- You have to prepare real time management information, data analyzing etc., to work towards achieving the company KPI’s & goals.
Candidate Profile:
- You should be a university degree holder preferably in MIT, Mathematics or Science.
- Experience in planning function in a textile mill will be an added advantage.
- You should be able to work in an ERP environment (SAP), Fast React and able to manage priorities whilst driving towards flawless execution.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience is required for the senior level.
