MRP EXECUTIVE
(MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING EXECUTIVE)
The selected applicant is required to manage and execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities by ensuring accurate planning of raw and packaging materials in alignment with production schedules. The role requires strong coordination with procurement, warehouse, production, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and maintain MRP schedules in SAP based on demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels.
- Monitor material availability and initiate purchase requisitions or stock transfers to ensure timely material supply.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely deliveries of materials.
- Analyze consumption trends of raw materials and packaging items for optimal inventory control.
- Collaborate with R&D and QA teams for any new material introductions or specification changes.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred.
- Hands-on experience in SAP is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
