WE ARE HIRING
3D DESIGNER
We are seeking a qualified 3D Designer to produce high-quality visualizations for architectural and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in industry-standard software and capable of delivering creative and accurate 3D designs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in 3D design within the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
- Strong ability to design exterior, interior, and landscape 3D visuals, including walkthroughs and renderings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and design standards.
- Completed a recognized 3D design/draughtsman course or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication, IT skills, and ability to handle multiple projects.
- Age Below 40 years.
