Assistant Marketing Manager

IWS Holdings is a diversified conglomerate with interests in multiple industries. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team in Kelaniya.

REQUIRED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ensuring that all IWS products, services and product lines (both importer and dealer) resonate with current and potential customers by continuously monitoring marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
  • Regularly meet with clients and senior management with regards to new promotions and activities.
  • Serving as the point of contact for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for IWS group. These initiatives and activities include campaigns (print, web, social media, broadcast, etc.), events, corporate responsibility programs and sponsorships.
  • Managing and developing financial plan for importer & dealer and driving market growth for the automobile division.
  • Supporting sales team in generating & closing sales deals.
  • Develop PR events and activities that helps to promote brand and products to support other functions and overall business.
  • Ensuring that press conferences, media gatherings, and events in general have to be in line with the IWS brand’s guidelines across the group.
  • Managing marketing for all the clusters of the group which will include content creating, marketing plan, site visit for content, Digital Marketing and platform management, Press and social media advertising and any other related activities.
  • Creating Artwork and providing Marketing support for all the ATL & BTL materials such as posters, stickers, other brandings and printed materials.
  • Handling modern trade activities and internal promotions, sponsored events & other activities at selected locations.
  • Traditional Marketing - Creating Artworks & providing traditional marketing support such as press ads, X banners, leaflets etc for IWS Holdings & subsidiaries and any other BTL marketing support which occurs from time to time.
  • Creating Artwork for visiting cards for all staff as and when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Full or part qualification in CRM or Marketing from a recognized institute.
  • 3-4 Years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Ideal candidate should be a creative thinker who is agile and adapts to the requirements of the dynamic job profile.
  • Should be able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and oral of the English language are essential.
