MARKETING EXECUTIVE

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming phone calls & customer service inquiries & follow up
  • Handling walking customers
  • Handling Social Medias
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Supporting role for back office operation

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Experience in working in a Real Estate Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Should be target oriented
  • Smart outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with command in both spoken & written English language
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
