MARKETING EXECUTIVE
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage incoming phone calls & customer service inquiries & follow up
- Handling walking customers
- Handling Social Medias
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal and customer service team sales targets
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Supporting role for back office operation
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Experience in working in a Real Estate Industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Should be target oriented
- Smart outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with command in both spoken & written English language
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
