Junior Executive – Payroll & Administration
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Executive – Payroll & Administration. This role is centered on supporting key payroll administration functions, including employee final settlements, insurance coordination and statutory documentation, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process employee final dues and settlements (resignations, retirements, etc.)
- Handle insurance-related matters including documentation, renewals, and updates
- Assist with OPD claim submissions and payment follow-ups
- Maintain and update employee records related to payroll administration
- Support in preparing and maintaining agency agreements and administrative documents
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (PPF, ETF, gratuity, etc.)
- Liaise with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related administrative matters
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee administrative records
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or payroll administration is preferred
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and statutory regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
