JOB TITLE:

SENIOR MANAGER – CORPORATE HR

LOCATION:

REPORTS TO:

DIRECTOR – CORPORATE HR

POSITION SUMMARY

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting and driving key people practices for senior leaders across all subsidiaries of the Group. The role is based at the corporate office and works closely with the Director – Corporate HR, HR Heads and CEOs of Subsidiaries and other senior leaders in the Group to drive HR programmes to support the business. The Senior Manager Corporate HR will play a vital role to shape leadership culture and build impactful HR practices in the Group.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for senior managers and above in the group.
  • Collaborate with the Group’s Corporate Communications team to build and enhance the employer brand of the group to attract senior talent.
  • Support the Director Corporate HR in talent reviews, succession planning, and talent development initiatives for senior leadership and maintain and monitor succession pipelines in collaboration with SBU HR teams.
  • Conduct one-on-one career conversations with senior managers and also facilitate and track implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Lead or provide advisory support on Organizational Development (OD) interventions and change management across the Group.
  • Enhance and sharpen performance management process for the Group.
  • Research, evaluate and propose appropriate engagement model for the Group and lead the Group wide employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on findings.
  • Support and manage corporate-level HR events, leadership summits, and initiatives relating to senior managers and above.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Degree in Management and/or professional qualification in HR. MBA in Human Resources is an added advantage.
  • Around 12 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years at managerial level.
  • Proven expertise in leadership hiring, talent management, and Organizational Development.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
