In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and elegant welcome that sets the tone for their dining experience. You will play a key role in managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth guest flow, all while maintaining a professional and graceful presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism
- Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate table assignments based on guest preferences and service flow
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests in a courteous manner
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the host desk and entrance area
