Senior Executive / Junior Manager – New Business Development

Key tasks and duties :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee garment sample development as per tech packs and costing expectations
- Conduct raw material and garment testing in line with SOP
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve KPIs
- Maintain accurate style details in internal systems
- Procure fabrics and trims with a focus on cost and quality optimization
- Proactively drive business development initiatives
- Analyze and understand sales performance and numbers
- Manage customer visits and deliver impactful presentations
- Monitor and drive Timelines (T&A) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
What we expect :
- A degree or professional qualification in Business/Textile Engineering or any other related qualification
- 3+ years of working experience
- Experience in costing, Product development and will be an added advantage
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Able to drive the team towards meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, Exposure to any ERP/PLM
- Excellent command of English / verbal and written communication skills
- Age below 35 years
