SENIOR CALL CENTRE EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed call records and adhere to quality standards

Candidate Profile

  • G.C.E. O/L qualification is required; A/L or higher education is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
  • Age between 22 and 30 years; school leavers are encouraged to apply
