HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Speared all HR strategic and operational HR functions in the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s business goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Implement professional development programs.
- Lead performance management programs to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and growth.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive work culture and handling conflict resolution as needed.
- Advise leadership on organizational development, change management, and workforce effectiveness.

Locally, you will report directly to the Managing Director and functionally you will report to the Head of Group People & Culture in HQ/Demmark. You will play an active role in adapting and implementing Group HR strategy and processes locally, such as annual reviews, satisfaction surveys, group Academy, etc., and will be part of a global team of HR Managers.
