PROFILE SUMMARY
The role involves with managing and overseeing the production process to ensure efficient and defect less high-quality tires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement manufacturing process to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensure safety and quality standards with in the production facility
- Coordinate with other departments and ability to make strong relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials, machinery and work force
QUALIFICATIONS
- NDT qualification in Polymer, Rubber Technology, mechanical, industrial Management, manufacturing or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years work experience in managerial level with in the manufacturing facility
- Age Above 35 years
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Production planning tools, ERP systems and lean management systems
- Excellent management, communication, problem solving Skills
- Ability to work long hours
