EXECUTIVE— HUMAN RESOURCES (SHIFT OPERATIONS)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and an energetic individual to join Prym Intimates Human Resources Management team as Executive—Shift Operations. The person responsible for this role is expected to overlook entire factory premises and staff administration tasks during nights, weekends and holidays in order to ensure smooth functioning of the factory operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor employee behavior and assure discipline as per Compliance and Health & Safety protocols in both Day and Night shifts.
- Attend departmental matters and liaise with relevant parties during the night shift and off days to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
- Act as the Management representative (In-charge) during night shifts, weekends & mercantile holidays to handle matters concerning factory premises/ property & employees.
- Liaison with HODs regarding urgent operational matters/ production information.
- Manage emergency situations, accidents, and sick employees during shift operation.
- Conduct regular factory visits and weekly audits whilst coordinating with HR team regarding non-conformances and follow up with relevant parties for corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain good industrial relations with employees, motivate and monitor employees to ensure appropriate and conducive work environment.
- Ensure all team members are well aware of and adhere to all aspects of health and safety, housekeeping procedures/ practices/ standards in order to sustain hazard free environment.
- Execute Chief Fire Warden duties during the shift operation.
- Attend to time and attendance matters, as and when required, to ensure the accuracy and smooth functioning of payroll related matters.
- Manage Transportation, Security, janitorial service and canteen operation during the shift operation.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in HRM/ Management or any relevant professional qualifications
- Knowledge in production, people management skills and general administration.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration.
- Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility, and a can - do- attitude to work.
