NCT/HND/HNDE (Civil) or equivalent Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience (commercial/residential buildings) with proven track records
Sound knowledge of Construction methods and materials
Ability to Manage Labour and Machinery effectively
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to read and understand architectural and technical drawings
Maintain daily reports and site documentation
Must have a valid drivers license to operate a Vehicle/Motor cycle
Preferably below 35 years of age
