Banquet Executive & Banquet Coordinator
Job Profile
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and actively promote and bring in new business.
- Ensure functions are set-up timely and in accordance with event orders adhering to the brand standards.
- Ensure all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
- Ensure implementation of SOP and all policies & procedures related to the department.
- Assist Banquet Sales planning and organize functions with organizers.
- Update report and records timely and accurately and present to the management as and when required.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 02 years of experience in a star class hotel in similar capacity.
- Should possess a sound academic background with basic IT knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A well presented, self driven individual and a motivator.
- Outgoing and Pleasing personality with “Yes I Can” Attitude.
- Ability to meet targets and deliver on time.
- Solid commitment towards the work and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
