Functional Consultant

Bileeta is looking for a Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementations and guide clients in leveraging Bileeta Entution for business excellence.
Qualifications and Experience We’re After
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- CIMA, ACCA, or an MBA in Business Analytics is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in ERP or business application consulting, with at least 1 year in a senior/lead capacity.
- Strong knowledge of business domains such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
- Hands-on experience in ERP system implementation is essential.
- Having local client-based implementation experience would be an added advantage.
Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, user training, and UAT support.
- Act as the primary client liaison, translating business requirements into system configurations.
- Configure and demonstrate Bileeta Entution modules to align with client-specific processes.
- Conduct workshops and design sessions to optimize workflows and ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams to deliver enhancements and change requests.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, reviewing their work and ensuring quality delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuously enhance client satisfaction.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Process Documentation (BPD), SRS documents, configuration logs, and user manuals.
- Stay updated with Entution's new functionalities and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
