EXECUTIVE – PAYROLL AND HR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain employee data and records in the HRIS, ensuring information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Handle EPF, ETF, PAYE, and other statutory contributions and ensure timely submissions.
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for management and audit purposes.
- Coordinate with Finance departments for payroll-related reconciliations.
- Manage attendance and leave records using the HRIS and ensure integration with payroll.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personal information.
- Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and user support for the HRIS.
- Stay updated on labor regulations and payroll-related compliance changes.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Age below 35 years.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A professional qualification in payroll or HRIS management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing with hands-on experience in HRIS (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of statutory payroll requirements and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRIS or payroll systems.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
