District Sales Executives & Agents

Key Responsibilities
- Promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers
- Generating new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals
- Preparing and delivering quotations to potential clients
- Following up on leads and converting inquiries into sales
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Coordinating with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth operations
- Meeting individual monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in solar or technical products is an advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about sales and achieving targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, etc.)
- School leavers with confidence and motivation are also encouraged to apply
