Student Counsellors
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Work Experience: 1–2 years of experience in student counselling, academic sales, or service-related sales. Prior experience in an academic environment will be an advantage.
- Strong communication in English & Sinhala (Tamil a plus)
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents on suitable programmes.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face.
- Promote programmes through outbound communication and events.
- Engage with leads via social media and support digital marketing.
- Achieve recruitment targets within set deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM or database systems.
- Represent TIMES Campus at school and institutional events.
