Card Centre
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled professional to join our Card Centre as a System Support Executive – Card Projects and Developments. This role will be the a single point of contact for all matters related to our Credit Card Systems.
Job Profile:
- Serve as the primary contact for all matters related to Credit Card Systems, engaging with system vendors and payment schemes
- Attend all User Acceptance Tests (UATs), system migrations, and implementations
- Configure and administer card system parameters and products
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve system-related issues
- Participate in all local and international compliance and regulatory implementations concerning card systems
- Manage projects related to the personalization of credit and debit cards
- Coordinate and implement mandates from the VISA and MasterCard schemes
- Engage in tasks related to the development of new card propositions
- Address inquiries from branches and customers regarding card system issues
- Prepare and distribute management information (MIS) related to the cards business
Candidate Prerequisites:
- A part qualification in Banking from IBSL or a related IT qualification from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 4 - 5 years of work experience in the banking industry, with a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on handling card operations and product domains
- Relevant technical skills to troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with vendors
- Strong knowledge of Credit Card Systems and Payment Scheme Mandates
- Good understanding of Credit Card Operations and Card System behavior
- Excellent communication and coordination skills combined with project management skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of hardware and software
- Expertise in MS Word and Excel
