Your role will involve
- Manage daily packaging operations, production planning, and order fulfillment of polythene bag production.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across the facility.
- Oversee maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle procurement and inventory, ensuring cost-effective supply and accurate tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Marketing team to meet market demands and drive innovation.
- Lead and develop the team to maintain a high-performance work culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years in production management within polythene manufacturing/packaging, including 2 years in managerial position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Production engineering, mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Established customer base in a similar industry is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well in teams.
