REQUIREMENTS
- An energetic, hardworking individual with a smart and cool-tempered disposition.
- A degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education would be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
- Great communication and instructional skills
- Excellent team player
- Have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special!
- Age between 18-40
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through our continuously improving curriculum.
- Ensure the daily care of children by following our high care safety standards.
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media etc.) to teach children.
- Communicate with parents regularly to maintain a good relationship with the families.
- Track children’s progress and provide written reports and evaluations to parents.
- Collaborate well with other educators and supervisors.
Salary Range:
- Trainee Educators: Rs.35,000 – Rs.45,000/month.
- Experienced Educators (3+ yrs experience): Rs.45,000 – Rs.60,000/month.
