  • Good understanding of food hygiene and maintaining quality standards.
  • Previous experiences working in a pastry kitchen.
  • Creative plating techniques and out-of-the-box recipe ideas.
  • Good team player and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience working in the hotel industry is an added bonus.
