Are you a dynamic and result-driven individual with a passion for sales and the beverages industry? We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales performance to new heights. Achieving monthly and annual sales targets is the key priority of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback.
- Ensure proper visibility and placement of company products in outlets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports regularly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beverages or FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
