Job Vacancy: Field Sales Executive

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers in the field
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products and solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas
  • Working days Mondays – Saturdays 8.30am – 5.00pm
  • Educational Qualification: A/Ls or higher
  • Owning a motorbike with a valid driving license will be an added advantage
  • Fuel allowance will be provided
  • Age limit: 20 – 40 years

Salary: Target-based – Attractive package + Commissions
