We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding & logistics sales, capable of developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Introduce new customers while maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Plan and execute strategies to meet assigned sales targets.
- Continuously monitor and improve performance to exceed targets.
- Follow company credit policies and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
- Minimize debtor risk to safeguard the company’s financial health.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with carriers, airlines, forwarders, and logistics networks.
- Keep the sales team informed of market trends, changes, and new opportunities.
- Equip the sales team with tools and knowledge to excel in a dynamic market.
- Provide the management team with regular updates on market trends and strategic insights.
Skills and Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in a sales/marketing managerial role within freight forwarding & logistics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong industry knowledge and awareness of freight operations and market dynamics.
- Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
