Position Summary
The Kitchen Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the culinary department by managing administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication across teams. This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high level of computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while directly reporting to the Director of Culinary.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a hotel or culinary environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with hotel/culinary management software.
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure hotel environment.
