Procurement Executive / Procurement Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage and support purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing materials, spare parts, and services in accordance with company policies.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Assist with inventory control, stock monitoring, and timely replenishment.
- Support audits and management reporting related to procurement activities.
- Proficient in procurement processes, documentation, ERP systems, and MS Office applications.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
